Hot Metal Detector

Hot-metal Detector is mainly used in metallurgical industry, judging moving position of workpieces by detecting red-hot and high-temperature workpieces, and outputting a control switching signal.
Here are the characteristics:

1. Run under execrable working conditions ( e.g. high temperature, humidity, water fog, dust, and so on);

2. Long term working, continuous and reliable;

3. Whole-set device with power supply, controller and output, convenient for installation.

Operating Principle: 

Near infrared rays emitted by high-temperature object are incepted by  Hot-metal Detector, then imaging-formed on photo sensor after focusing by optical part. The photo sensor transforms optical signals into electric signals. After disposed by controller, a switching signal will be output to control framework for realizing autocontrol.
